# Cascade — Terms of Service

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By playing Cascade ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not play.

## 2. Description of Service
Cascade is a free-to-play creature-collection card game with tactical combat, genetic breeding, and print-on-demand physical card ordering.

## 3. User Accounts
- You must provide a username and password to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

## 4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate the game client
- Harass other players in PvP or chat
- Use bots or automation
- Reverse engineer or modify the game client
- Sell or trade accounts

## 5. Virtual Items
- All creatures, packs, and in-game items have no real-world monetary value unless physically printed.
- We may adjust game balance, stats, and abilities at any time.
- Print-on-demand physical cards are sold separately through third-party providers.

## 6. AI-Generated Content
All creature artwork in Cascade is generated using AI image generation (Z-Image-Turbo). No hand-drawn or hand-commissioned art is used. AI-generated content may have uncertain copyright status.

## 7. Randomized Purchases (Loot Boxes)
- Pack contents are randomized with published drop rates (65% Common, 25% Rare, 8% Mythic, 2% Unique per card).
- A pity system guarantees a Rare+ card after 10 packs without one.
- We do not currently sell packs for real money. All packs are earnable through play.

## 8. Privacy

## 9. Limitation of Liability
Cascade is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, game changes, or any damages arising from use of the Game.

## 10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued play constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
